Providence Classical Community is a community that exists to equip families to educate their children classically from a Christian worldview in order to:

Delight in the law of the Lord and hide His Word in their hearts.

Marvel at the truth, goodness, and beauty displayed in all creation by its Creator.

Grow in wisdom and favor with the Lord, build a firm foundation, and foster a delight and joy in learning.

Pour into the next generation through parents in our community so that our children have an abundance of counselors continually pointing them to the Lord.

Become lifelong learners, equipped for every good work that God calls them to do within his kingdom.

Classical education from a Christian worldview is the cultivation of wisdom & virtue by nourishing the soul on truth, goodness, & beauty, with the understanding that man was created to be shaped and formed by God and that creation rightfully points all glory back to its Creator.

Community

Our community exists to come alongside families to offer support and fellowship. We value homeschooling within families, so we seek opportunities to order our children’s instruction so that, when possible, everyone in the family is studying the history, literature, and scientific discoveries of a time period at the same time. We also see the value in savoring the richness that is found in classical studies and that learning how to learn involves taking the time to taste and see that the Lord is good.
